• S K Jain:Telecom engineer (ex. Director, Min of Telecom, Govt. of India) with over 30 years experience in public administration is one of the promoters and chairman of the Board.




• Sanjay Jain: He is the Founder and CEO of Geist. Educated in India (IIT Bombay) and has more than 15 years experience in various aspects of pharmaceuticals (API), agro-chemicals and fine chemicals.
  
  
• Narayan Ramachandran: Currently the CEO and Country Head of Morgan Stanley India Company (P) Ltd. Educated in India (IIT Bombay) and USA (Univ. of Michigan, Ann Arbor), he is on the board of directors of several companies. Mr. Ramachandran joined Morgan Stanley in 1996 and has held a number of senior positions for MSIM in New York, Singapore and Mumbai, including Global Head of Emerging Markets.
