• Atul Wankhade - Technologist: He leads the technical function of Geist. With a Masters degree in chemical engineering from one of the premier technical schools in India (BITS, Pilani), he is with Geist from its inception. His expertise is in scaling up the processes and implementing at commercial scales. He brings ~ 7 years of experience in scale up, trouble shooting and process development.
  
  
• Vikram Dhumal -Technologist: He leads the research function of Geist. A Bachelors degree in chemical engineering from the globally recognized technical school (MUICT, Mumbai), he is with Geist since its inception. His expertise is in discovering innovative solutions for difficult-to-solve problems. He brings ~ 6 years of experience in scale up, trouble shooting and process development.
  
  
• Zarin Tadiwala – Project Co-ordinator: She leads the non-technical function of Geist. A Bachelors degree in commerce from Mumbai University, she is with Geist since its inception. Her interest areas include finance and HR. She brings ~ 8 years of experience in project coordination, monitoring and accounting
  
  
• Vijyeta Pandya – Marketing Co-ordinator: She has a Masters degree in business administration and brings ~3 years of experience in marketing of technical services.
