Customization of Formaldehyde NEST for the effluent stream generated during the course of manufacturing in Agrochemical industry.

The stream is having 2-5% formaldehyde with other organic impurities. According to present practice, the aqueous stream is treated with alkali to degrade formaldehyde & then the aqueous stream is fed to the effluent treatment plant. Thus valuable formaldehyde is lost.

Our novel technology has recovered 28-37% concentrated Formaldehyde from the aqueous which can be sold in the market. The final aqueous stream will have max. 0.1% formaldehyde in it. The processing cost is the fraction of selling price.
